Camden Wax Cotton Gilet

Designed in Ireland by Camden’s in house designer team and cut buy our own tailor this wax cotton gilet is perfect for cutting about the countryside on a showery day. With a 100% brushed cotton lining reinforced shoulders (also in a wax cotton)  and soft corduroy collar, this gilet will be the perfect companion for many years.  Made with 10 oz soft finished wax canvas cloth it is as you would expect robust and durable.

We designed the gilet with 6 pockets, 2 internal for your cigar holder and sundries and two hand warmer pockets. We also added two billowed lower pockets based on a military design. Perfect for spent cartridges and your cigar case and plenty more besides. Brass press stud button on the storm flap to enhance wind resistance and trap heat.  In terms of size we have added an internal waist cord to allow you to cinch the gilet around your waist on those cold winter days.

Colour-ways are green with padded tan shoulders or padded burgundy shoulders. If you would like to have a custom tailored gilet made in outer colour please contact us to discuss.
